Regenerative farm and rural nature retreat
Juneberry Ridge is a 750-acre regenerative farm and nature retreat located in Norwood, North Carolina. The farm’s agricultural program centers on rotational grazing, animal husbandry, and the Hinson Greenhouse, which grows market vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Their organizational mission is to change the way the world grows and to let nature lead. Through agritourism, the organization offers immersive farm stays, workshops, and school group visits via their educational nonprofit.

Studio Campo is working with the farm to envision its next chapter. Focus of the work so far has been on expansion of the hospitality program, landscape reclamation, and design of educational gardens that share the organization’s agricultural and ecological ethos. The farm was founded and is owned by trap shooting champion, Judy Carpenter, whose pioneering spirit is at the center of the work.
